Susanne Spilker
Susanne Spilker (née. Krill), engineer for garment technology, has been working for bonprix,
a subsidiary of the otto group in Hamburg, since 2000. In the first years of her career, she worked
in Quality Development for women and men clothes. After a stay in Shanghai in 2005, she took on tasks in the
Quality Services team. Besides faulty goods and customer complaints, Susanne Spilker also focussed
on the standardisation and optimisation of woven material. She organised special training courses
on these topics for the product categories blouses, shirts and jeans. After maternity leave, she
returned to Quality Assurance and is responsible for processing faulty deliveries of goods and
the relevant negotiations with suppliers from various different nationalities. She is a passionate
photographer always on the hunt for the most varied jean effects and other exciting motifs.
